Samuel M. Pollack graduated from Emory University Law School in Atlanta, Georgia in 1991.  Prior to his partnership with Albert C. Flanders, Mr. Pollack was a founding partner of Hugo and Pollack in Boston where he specialized in medical malpractice and personal injury.

A licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Boston lawyer Samuel M. Pollack is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Samuel M. Pollack serves as co-chair for the Fen-Phen Litigation Group of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys, and the Law School Trial Advocacy Committee.
